best midi sound module / expander / synth with voice control for keyboard, wind controller, breath controller, Akai EWI, EWI5000, EWI4000s, EWI USB, Softwind Synthophone, Yamaha WX5, WX7, WX11, Aodyo Sylphyo, MIDI-FLUTES, MIDI guitar and almost every possible MIDI controller perfect for use in recording studios, on live gigs, concert performance, stage, theater, show, jazz, pop, classical music, film composition and more ... - designed by Ingo Scherzinger -
Our recommendation for anyone who is new to wind controllers is the Akai EWI-USB in combination with our XpressO.This is by far the most cost efficient professional setup that you can get but it is still unbeatable even by the most expensive gear that you will find.No need for buying overpriced internal sound modules built into your controller that make it heavy, bulky and costly. The EWI-USB is the only wind controller that gets set up automatically by the XpressO upon connection to work immediately. You will experience true plug and play that does not require previous knowledge about complicated setup and lets you concentrate on making and enjoying music.Of course there is no need for an EWI-USB if you already own a working wind controller. We do NOT recommend the new EWI Solo due to the lack of complete pitchbending capabilities! However, it is possible to modify the EWI Solo to be able to use both pitchbend up and down.

PICK YOUR FLAVOR

The XpressO comes now in 6 different flavors / colors: ● Blackberry in stock (2-7 days) ● Blackberry (black buttons) in stock (2-7 days) ● Blueberry in stock (2-7 days) ● Strawberry in stock (2-7 days) ● Lime in stock (2-7 days) ● Sunflower in stock (2-7 days) Orange (sold out) not available anymore! Limited amount of units! Due to Corona some hardware parts are only available in small quantities! The XpressO has the same excellent sound engine of its big brother XPression and uses the same outstanding sample library including the great sounding and responsive analog modeling synthesizer that can be played on its own or combined with the samples for added sonic richness. Now playing top quality instruments is more affordable than ever! The limitation of the XpressO in comparison to the XPression is only in the voice count (2 plus 6 new aux voices) and the IN/OUT options (1 stereo out, no line in, 2 foot pedal, 4 foot switches). All functions (including the graphical patch editor) of the XPression are available now even with the outstanding polyphonic power of the XPression.
